New iPad coming after new iPhone, thinner and lighter

Apple will release the fifth-generationiPad after new iPhone which will use the same touch-panel technology as the iPad mini to allow it to become thinner and lighter, according to “people with knowledge of the matter,” who have been speaking to The Wall Street Journal. The device is expected to look just like the iPad mini, with narrow bezels and a significantly thinner shell, but it will maintain a 9.7-inch Retina display.

It is said the new iPhone will be released on September 10 and the new iPad will probably be released in the September. Since iPad Mini’s release, the sales volume of iPad decreased quickly. In the Q2, its sale is 14.6 million and declined 14%. So Apple is seeking new products to make its new iPad popular.
